Kintlogix is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, efficient transportation, and timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management strategies.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to UAE import/export regulations and company policies.
• Handle shipment tracking, route planning, and cost control measures.
• Resolve logistical issues and streamline processes for improved efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in logistics management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and import/export laws.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
